When you connect with Roadside Assistance, you will need to know:

  • Your current location
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Vehicle make and model

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COVERAGE

All 2013 and newer vehicles qualify for 24/7 Roadside Assistance nationwide (including Canada and Mexico) for the lifetime of your ownership experience.* Lincoln vehicles purchased used have Roadside Assistance coverage if still within 6 years or 70,000 miles of their warranty start date. All 2012 and earlier models no longer qualify for Roadside Assistance.

AVAILABLE SERVICES

FUEL DELIVERY

If you run out of fuel, we can bring you up to two gallons of gasoline.*

LOCK OUT ASSISTANCE

We can unlock your vehicle if you are locked out. If necessary, key replacement is client's responsibility.

WINCH OUT SERVICE

If your vehicle becomes disabled or stuck, we will pull it back onto the road.**

*Independent contractors, if not prohibited by state, local or municipal law, shall deliver up to 2 gallons (8 L) of gasoline to a disabled vehicle. Roadside assistance limits fuel delivery service to two no-charge occurrences within a 12-month period.

**Available within 100 feet (30 m) of a paved or county-maintained road, no recoveries.

TOWING

2013 or newer vehicles towed to your preferred Lincoln Dealer within 100 miles.*

JUMP START

If your battery loses charge, we can jump start your vehicle. And if we're unable to jump your battery, we'll tow your vehicle to the nearest qualified Lincoln Dealership.

FLAT TIRE CHANGE

We'd be happy to mount your spare if you have a flat tire. Spa re tire must be in good condition to perform the change except for vehicles supplied with a tire inflation kit.

*Independent contractors, if not prohibited by state, local or municipal law, shall tow Lincoln eligible vehicles to an authorized dealer within 100 miles (160 km) of the disablement location or to the nearest authorized dealer. If a member requests a tow to a dealer that is more than 35 miles (56 km) from the disablement location, the member shall be responsible for any mileage costs in excess of 100 miles (160 km).

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY TIMES I CAN REQUEST EMERGENCY FUEL DELIVERY?

Roadside assistance limits fuel delivery service to two no-charge occurrences within a 12-month period.


CAN I REPLACE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE INSURANCE FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY?

When you've got Lincoln Roadside Assistance, there's no need to pay for it with your personal insurance company. Do note that coverage provided by personal insurance companies may have varying terms of service and limits.


CAN I USE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE IF I AM IN AN ACCIDENT?

Yes. Lincoln clientele have collision assistance on the Lincoln Way App which provides Lincoln clients with accident assistance including the nearest Lincoln Certified Collision Center, accident documentation, and transportation assistance.


CAN I GET REIMBURSED IF I PAID FOR A TOW?

Yes. If you paid for a tow without knowing you were covered with Lincoln Roadside Assistance, we'll reimburse the cost. (up to $100)


CAN I GET A FULL TANK OF GASOLINE DELIVERED TO MY LOCATION?

We will deliver up to 2 gallons (8 L) of gasoline to a disabled vehicle.


CAN I GET A TIRE CHANGE IF I DON'T HAVE A SPARE OR DONUT?

You must have a good spare tire except for vehicles supplied with a tire inflation kit.


DO I GET COVERAGE IF I BOUGHT MY LINCOLN AS A USED VEHICLE FROM SOMEPLACE OTHER THAN A LINCOLN DEALERSHIP?

Lincoln vehicles purchased as a used vehicle are eligible for Roadside Assistance if still within 6 years, or 70,000 miles* of the vehicle's warranty start date.

IS MY CPO LINCOLN COVERED WITH ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE?

Unlike used vehicles, Lincoln Certified Pre-Owned vehicles come with roadside assistance. Get the full details here.


CAN I STILL GET HELP IF MY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COVERAGE HAS EXPIRED?

We can still help by putting you in contact with an independent contractor to assist you. However, the Independent contractor(s) will charge you separately for their service(s).
