  • Why are Lincoln and Calm working together?

         There are a number of reasons the brands are collaborating:

    1. Travel can be stressful, whether in traffic on the way to work or a long car ride, which is why Calm and Lincoln are teaming up to help people relax their minds and their bodies. Together, we'll work to offer busy, often stressed drivers (and passengers) a calming start before their journey, to relax and renew on the go.

    2. Did you know studies show mindfulness has positive benefits before you get behind the wheel? It has been associated with positive behaviors such as improving focus and staying calm, along with decreased engagement in problematic driving behaviors (phone usage, aggression, stress).

  • If I have a Lincoln vehicle, am I eligible for this offer?

         Lincoln retail clients in the U.S., Canada and Mexico with a model-year 2000 or newer vehicle are eligible to take advantage of this offer. Lincoln vehicles registered for commercial use are not currently eligible.

Getting Started

  • How do I sign up for Calm as a Lincoln client?

         Lincoln retail clients must register a vehicle in the Lincoln Way App.* Once you're registered, look for an invitation in the Message Center within the app, and follow the instructions to activate your Calm membership. Using the same credentials you've used to activate your Calm membership, log in to the Calm app on your mobile device to access the full content of Calm.

  • I am a Lincoln client and I already have a Calm subscription. Can I still receive this offer?

         Absolutely! As soon as your current subscription expires, you will be able to redeem this offer.* In order to ensure that your current subscription does not auto-renew, please follow the instructions for canceling your subscription on the Manage Subscription page of your Calm app (More > Settings > Manage Subscription). Once your current subscription comes to an end, you will be able to activate your complimentary subscription by following the steps in the message you've received in your Lincoln Way App.

         *This complimentary offer of Calm ends on August 12, 2021. To take advantage of this offer, you must redeem it prior to offer expiration. Being eligible for this offer from Lincoln does not qualify a previously purchased Calm subscription for a refund.

More About the Calm Offer Through Lincoln

  • I have more than one Lincoln vehicle; am I eligible for more than one membership to Calm?

         This offer is limited to one Calm membership per Lincoln Way App account. This is not changed by the number of vehicles associated with a specific Lincoln Way App account.

  • As a Lincoln client, I'm supposed to receive a one-year Calm membership, but the app is only offering me a 7-day trial. How do I get my complimentary year?

         This offer must be redeemed via the invitation in your Lincoln Way App. This invitation will generate an enrollment page unique to Lincoln clients.

  • As a Lincoln client, I am supposed to receive a one-year Calm membership, but I don't see the offer in my Lincoln Way App. How do I access it?

         Lincoln clients with at least one vehicle added to the Lincoln Way App account will receive an invitation to enroll in the complimentary Calm membership. From the Lincoln Way App, navigate to Account > Message Center to access the offer. Your invitation should arrive within 2-4 days of registering your vehicle in the app.

  • What should I do if I want to cancel my Calm membership?

         If you do not wish to continue your Calm membership after your complimentary trial period, you may simply allow the membership to expire.

  • Will I be charged after the one-year complimentary Calm membership expires?

         No. In this spirit of effortless experiences, Lincoln is pleased to provide access to Calm with no credit card required and no obligation to continue membership after trial expiration.

  • I'm still having issues accessing the offer or have other questions about the Lincoln and Calm offer. Where can I find help?

  • I have other questions regarding my Calm account or use of the app. Where can I find help?

         For assistance with your Calm membership or questions about the app, please refer to the Calm Help Center at https://support.calm.com/

  • I've signed up for Calm through my Lincoln Way App, but the Calm content is still locked. What are my next steps?

         The first thing to do is to make sure you are signed in to your Calm account using the same email address and password you used to sign up for your Calm subscription. To sign in to the Calm website, click "Log in" in the upper right corner. To sign in to the Calm app, tap the "More" button in the bottom right corner of the home screen and select "Profile." In the Profile menu, select "Sign up or Log in" and then choose "Log in" at the bottom of the page.

         If you do not see the "Sign up or Log in" option, please first log out of your Calm app. To log out, tap the "More" button in the bottom right corner of the home screen and select "Settings." Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap "Log out." After logging out, please quit the Calm app and then relaunch it. From here, log back in by heading to More > Profile and selecting the option to log in.

         If this does not work for you, please make sure that your Calm app is updated to the latest version.

         If you have any further trouble accessing Calm's premium content, please write to the Calm support team here and provide a screenshot of the locked content, along with the email address on your Calm account.
